Reviews on yelp are not accurate to what the customers post for reviews. Yelp preferentialy removes reviews to increase the rating of companies or they hide negative reviews to hide the reality of customer experiences or feed back on a company

It s very shady and they just want to get advertisement dollars at any cost. Even if it means helping clean up reviews
