I had a mixed experience with Cultural Explorations Cuba. While the tour itself was well-planned and the tour guides were knowledgeable, I found the website cultural-explorations.com to be confusing and difficult to navigate. Additionally, the customer service was not very responsive. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
