Big let down, sold a townhouse with no Maintenance...

Big let down, sold a townhouse with no Maintenance fee and a maintenance free front yard. Now 5 years later, I'm told that I have to push a lawn mower down a back alley past 12 homes and around the block and past the same homes and then mow the strip of lawn between the sidewalk and the road and hope that the rest of the townhouse mow their grass the same week? there are rentals in alot of the townhouses and also people away for the summer as they were told maintenance free yards. This is a big letdown and Jayman homes has gone back on their word. Also the venting for my furnace was installed incorrectly and the furnace stops working at -30 or colder. so every year we have the same problem. Arpi's was to come back and redo the venting but some how the ball got dropped. so again it stopped working last winter and Arpi's came out and cut the pipe and got the furnace up and running at my house and next-door neighbors. We were told that Arpi's would be back to re-do the venting so this problem would not happen again. Still waiting!
