No one ever answers the phones and it is the only way to book activities such as trampolining. My brother actually did get through and when he spoke to reception they told him there was no need to book. He made a trip with his 4 year old from Tavistock and upon arrival was informed that it was fully booked and there was nothing they could do. Shocking customer service!
