This was our second trip to Percy's this year, we are replacing older appliances. Walking in the door we were asked if we wanted any help. A friendly sales person that knew the appliances we were looking for was called over. Jeremy Nork was very knowledgeable about the Dishwasher we were looking at. We knew coming in that we were interested in the Bosch units. He listened to our wants and needs and showed us the options they had in stock. He did not instantly direct us to the most expensive models but instead showed us each model and all the pros and cons of each. Jeremy told us about each of the models and their corresponding rebates and discounts that were available for each.
Our experience was very smooth and comfortable - there was no pressure to buy now or to buy a specific model. Overall, this was a very good shopping/buying experience and we are sure to return as our appliances are in need of replacement.
