Im sitting here listening to this caseworker guy or whatever he is speaking to a veteran.. And my lord. The way he speaks to these ppl. Unbelievable.. Rude. Nasty disgusting. These ppl fought in the war. And went through hell and back. And just need assistance. And someone to help thwm in the right direction. And this guy is cursing. And speaking in such a manner. This isnt the DMV... This is a veterans office. The attitude is gross. Ill be speaking to someone and complaining on these veterans behalf. Beyond rude. These ppl need training and need to learn how to speak without being hostile.
