Perhaps the best shop on lamington road for PC components. Competitive pricing and good packaging. Communication through phone is good, though email replies take quite a bit of time.They source some exclusive stuff as well like, Noctua which you won't find on other retailers. Can't comment on thier staff as I only have experience with their online store, but have heard great things about their offline store from my friends.

One thing they need to improve is the online shopping experience. The website isn't optimised at all, feels like a bloated WordPress template. They are late to update the stock availability and order status as well, e.g order was delivered last month but it's still showing as "processing" on their website.Basically, they need to devote more manpower to their online store.

**Fair Warning** : This review was written after an email was sent to me asking me to do so, also a coupon of some sort was also mentioned for giving feedback. My review is unaffected by the bait of the coupon but readers are advised to read most reviews here with a pinch of salt. Primeabgb is good, but I didn't like this way of asking for a review at all.
