What a joke of an organisation!!...if I could of given a zero star rating I would have! They don't return phone calls, don't reply to emails! It's taken 11 months to resolve a bond dispute...with still no outcome! They do exit inspections weeks after you have exited the property...then turn around and try and charge you for not maintaining the property i.e. gardens! The staff turn over makes it impossible to communicate any problems or issues that arise.
My suggestion is if you are looking for a place to rent down the Bay...Buy a swag, make a fire and sleep on the beach.
