Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. During the purchase of my SUV, they indicated the first oil change would be free. After the oil change, parts of my brand-new car fell off, and I ran them over plus the car behind me. I was informed something wasn't screwed in all the way, and that's what fell off. They put the same-ran over part back on and sent me on my way. Sad to report, they didn't tighten the oil filter all the way, so it was leaking oil after this repair. I wasn't about to go back for the third time. The treatment I received and the way they made me feel after returning the second time with the broken part was unbelievable. It was an inconvenience to the staff to correct their error, and they didn't want to take any accountability or liability for the oversight until I requested it. Very unprofessional and I didn't ask to be sent out on the road with unsafe driving conditions. Hope everyone else is safe on the road after getting service from here, free or not!
