My seven year old grandson had crashed on his bike...

My seven year old grandson had crashed on his bike and broken his front reflector. His bike also had an eerie looseness at the stem. We took his bike in to Cycle City and they had us back on the road within the hour. The gentleman who waited on us was very friendly and knowledgeable.
