We bought a sofa and two armchairs with decorative pillows from the local dealer for Smith Brothers 4 years ago. The 3-seat couch looks great until you sit on it. The seat cushions separate from each other and you have a tendency to slip into the crack between the seat cushions. The feathers (Duck??) started coming out of the decorative pillows almost immediately. They poke everyone! We paid a lot of money for a couch that was supposed to be "top of the line" and for pillows that anyone could have picked up better quality ones at a Costco! The local dealer went out of business the a few months after we purchased the lot. THERE IS NO CONTACT EMAIL to discuss our problems with Smith Brothers. What a shame! We thought we bought quality! We paid extra for Quality and North American build! WE GOT JUNK!
