Our room was dirty and dusty.Thete was hair and pubic hair on the floor in all parts of the room. There was a real nice coffee machine in the room , but no place to plug into.Tried many times to control ac with the staff but they knew less than my wife and I.The room had a dehumidifier which was great, but I had to empty it 5 times in the week we where there. The electric would go on and off with no answer from the staff. My wife and I travel a lot staying in Hilton properties but always had a place to print passes for the airlines.Again. this place did not have a business center. The food for the most part was very good and all the staff are very friendly. I don't think it's worth the price they charge.Your better off going on a cruise!!!! The property is tired and showing a lot maintenance issues.
