Decent properties but they are not managed well. We have lived in the property for 2 years and typically have to report all maintenance needs at least 7-8 times before any action is taken. The staff at the office are nice but not equipped to handle the basic maintenance tasks given (ex: spraying wasp nest during the day which just makes them build a new nest, Janis claimed that having an oven door that does not close is "safe" and "acceptable", etc). We reported to the office that our deck railing is spaced a whopping 9 inches apart (which is not up to code) but Janis told us that it was "fine" because it was "grandfathered in". However, this was completely untrue based on the year the duplex was built. We informed them of this error and still have yet to receive any actually repairs or a plan of action. I witnessed the carpet repair professionals call Janis and give their advise to replace the carpet as it was too worn to be stretched. However, I could hear Janis tell them to tell me it was "fine". and not to talk to customers. Our front screen door has been broken for over 3 months and we are STILL waiting for a replacement. They have repeatedly told us that people will come to complete the repairs but then no one comes.

EDIT: Janis called immediately after this post and had a very confrontational conversation with us. She was completely in denial even though we have evidence to prove her wrong (call records). We have been great tenants and have only increased the value of the property yet they refuse to make basic repairs, even ones related to safety. Also, Janis was so mad about this post that she is now refusing to replace the screen door that was promised last week in a voicemail that I still have saved. Everything else has been great about our rental experience here except maintenance and Janis.
