My experience with Northside Realty and agent Joann Samelko couldn't have been better. Joann was willing to sell my home at its true market value and work hard to do just that versus lowballing the selling price by 25% as other realtors with other firms wanted to do for a quick "I sold this house in 2 days" kudos at the expense of MY best interests. Those other agents' lack of fiduciary responsibility was shocking/appalling.
Joann came out, listened, advised, coached, and developed a very comprehensive marketing plan that got my house sold. Through the selling process (with some difficult buyers) she was able to strategically make the right calls & moves that ultimately got my house sold. I would absolutely recommend her to sell your home and I will be using her again when I am ready to purchase my next home. Thank you Northside....Thank you Joann!
