I'm very impressed with how Steven Fisher and Acura Carland handled my son's issue with a used BMW he purchased at Acura Carland two months ago. From the very first day he started having mechanical problems with the vehicle, some of which were not covered by the used car warranty. My son became very unhappy with the reliability of the vehicle as it was in the shop for several weeks with multiple unresolved problems. Steven and Acura Carland worked with my son to find an alternate vehicle, took the BMW back in on trade and presented an excellent deal on a 2015 TLX. Totally outstanding customer service!!
