I made an enquiry into using your urgent drainage blockage service. The lady was polite, slightly evasive, but none the less booked an appointment within 90 minutes requesting my card details which I provided. Since this was urgent I assumed a prompt service. I received a response phone call from another, less pleasant lady at 724pm stating that the plumber had clocked off and would not be doing any more work tonight. I inquired why and received an unsatisfactory answer,made in an aggressive tone stating go somewhere else and then put the phone down. Customer service I don't think. What a disgrace. I hope she gets sacked
