My experience started off great, but ended terribly after being accused 2 months later of not paying my down payment that I paid in cash even though I was given the keys to the vehicle and let drive off the lot. From the store management all the way up to the owner, the management is terrible. Needless to say, I will not be back even for as little as a car wash.
