Crown Honda service obfuscates the services needed by flooding you with what the codes mean based on time and mileage instead of focusing what services need to be performed on a vehicle. Additionally, on more than one occasion, I have declined a necessary service discovered during inspection only to never have it brought up again. Either they do poor job inspecting vehicles or they are dishonest about what needs to be done.
