Good evening and thank you for giving us the opportunity to discuss our stay.

First of all, I want you to understand that the following review is constructive.

Our stay was an opportunity for us to travel with the family and introduce our youngest child, aged 5, to Paris.

Arrived Friday at noon, our room not being ready what we can imagine we went to the restaurant of your establishment.

We were the first to arrive and for all that our meal will have been served almost three quarters of an hour after our arrival when we have a 5 year old child with us.

We were able to get into our room around 2pm quickly we realized that the air conditioning in the rooms was defective as far as mobile units had been placed.
Their operation being linked to the evacuation of hot air to the outside, this operating mode therefore requires the opening of the windows, for us there are however two problems that arise:
the first related to environmental noise especially on the occasion of the wedding organization on Sunday evening.
The second for obvious safety rules since access to the bedrooms can be done very easily from the window which overlooked the terrace.

We asked for an iron, after 45 minutes and 3 phone calls we were able to get it.

Our initial stay was planned for two nights, we extended it by an additional night in order to have a pleasant 4-day stay in Paris, this request having been made during the check in. We were surprised on our return Sunday at the end of the day to see that the magnetic keys had been disabled.

We tested the spa as well as the swimming pool facilities the welcome is particularly warm the team is very professional, neat and for the attention of its customers my wife and my son took a mother son massage and for myself a solo massage.

On Sunday evening we became aware of the wedding in preparation, just in front of our bedroom window open for the occasion of the problem with the operation of the indoor air conditioning units after informing the receptionist about our fears due to the noise. was reassuring by explaining to us that at 10:30 p.m. everything would be over since the guests were to be welcomed in a room in the basement we understood that this was not the case since at midnight 30 we were still awakened by the cries of joy on this occasion we do not hold it against the bride and groom and their guests so far twice we have tried with your reception services to have us placed in a different room - exposed or upstairs.

On the occasion of the check-out we very fortunately exposed this inconvenience a minimal commercial gesture was granted to us up to 20% of discount on the famous additional night from Sunday to Monday.

I do not hide that by coming to your establishment we expected a slightly higher level of service given your location of the quality of the service offered on paper but unfortunately the rooms show a lack of maintenance even if only '' at the level of the sanitary joints in the mold and saltpeter bathtubs which are for us obvious signs of a lack of maintenance.

We hope that our comments and criticisms can improve the accommodation conditions of your next residents, Mr. and Mrs. Rosengren
