I went to Herb Chambers Honda in Boston today and had a great experience. I was greeted at the door by Brad with a big smile. I can't say enough, but Brad was extremely friendly and helpful. I asked to have my vehicle appraised and it was a very quick hassle free experience. This is so much different from my previous experiences at other dealerships.
