Had a birthday party there this weekend and everything was COMPLETELY unorganized! The coordinator was in no hurry to get our party started I had to stop him from eating his pizza to start our party. He also made excuses as to why we couldn t play certain games that were already planned to be played. My husband had to officiate some of the games so our time wasn t a total waste there. The employee also cursed out my children. After speaking to the manager Amanda, I was told he was fired and she was very apologetic for how things went down however she offered to credit me back for 4 pitchers of refills of drinks that I NEVER AUTHORIZED in the first place! After all of that I got a total of $24 back on a $300+ party that I had to do everything for and had my children cursed at. Completely unacceptable and I won t be returning here!
