I inherited a Martin garage door opener in a new house that I bought and was not given any remotes to open the garage. Since universal remotes do not work with these systems, I have called the service department of the company to ask some questions and try to figure out what my options are.

I've left 4 messages over the course of 2 weeks and I've never been responded too. I've been on hold multiple times and then pushed to a voicemail after holding for 20 minutes.

Still in limbo trying to figure out if I can get remotes that work or if I need to replace the opener....
