I placed two orders, one scheduled to arrive between August 17th and 24th and the other between August 19th and 26th. I got the tracking of the two packages on August 17 and 20 and it shows the following message:

"Your Colissimo is being prepared at your sender or it is being taken over by Colissimo".

I then decided to contact the post office on August 24 regarding my two packages. They told me that "Veepee has reported by computer that it transmitted the packages to them but that they are still in their possession (Veepee)".

So I chose to contact Veepee the same day. After waiting about 6 minutes, I was put in touch with a counselor who told me, The packages have been sent to the post office. We will keep you informed of the situation from Friday (August 28) "date which exceeds the time limit that they had transmitted to me (between August 17/24 and August 19/26) for the two packages.
