Paid my fine within 30 days and was told i would N...

Paid my fine within 30 days and was told i would NOT recieve a County Court Judgement, they have not informed the court that i have payed, it has been over 4 months, therefore i have a CCJ on my record for the next 6 years and will not be able to apply for a mortgage etc.
