Be very careful before enrolling here. I was a member and I seem to keep getting disappointed and ended up leaving. Before enrolling I ensured my doctor was part of the plan and I could use him as a Primary Care Provider/Physician and I was assured I could even though his specialty is OBGYN. They have him listed as a Primary Provider and therefore it would only cost me $20 each visit. I confirmed this BEFORE enrolling. After I have the visits, I find out they will not accept that and I now owe $40 per visit. Not at all what I was told. Additionally, I was told a 30 day wait for claims after signing up and afterwards, when I check to find why a bill wasn't covered I was told it is 60 days. How convenient - again! I kept trying to give this company benefit of the doubt but each time finding that I was told one thing prior to starting and now it is different after the fact. I ended up leaving because of it. The agent I originally signed up with was not honest with me and I think they let him go but the fact remains that I keep having to pay money on things that I didn't expect to have to pay!! Just buyer beware!! When I called today I asked the customer service girl since I was upset where I can list a complaint and she hung up on me thus the reviews here. I wouldn't have posted this if she was willing to tell me where intra-company I could have complained about this. I just can't afford anymore surprises so I had to leave.
