Very poor customer service.

I have purchased a set of clear lenses from this merchant on 2/23/2019. The merchant never sent the product to me claiming they were in the middle of the move and kept promising to send it right away the following day. After many false promises and 1.5 weeks, I have requested a full refund. The merchant promised a full refund in the next few days along with cancellation email. No cancellation email or refund was issued a week later. I have initiated a dispute with my CC.

I do not recommend purchasing anything from this Merchant. Even the top customer service executive I spoke to was helpless.

Avoid at all possible costs.
