Turned up for a booking to be met by nobody for 10...

Turned up for a booking to be met by nobody for 10 mins as the staff aimlessly moved around the place with not so much as a look of acknowledgement. Then as we waited by the door a hapless individual plodded over to tell us they couldn t cope with anymore people. We had booked a week in advance as we knew it would be a busy time. Please employ someone with managerial sense or at least half a brain cell and things might get better.

We managed to find an attentive and understanding manager of a little eatery up the road called Billycan. Although extremely busy the manager squeezed us in. The place had a much nicer ambiance and menu.

Don t be fooled by the view at South Beach Bar and grill. Maybe they had a stinker on this day but you only get one chance and they didn t do much in a way of an apology or explanation.

Don t bother, plenty of other places in Tenby!
