This review is for Bryan M. and Yoppy specifically. My computer unexpectedly crashed and getting it fixed was the best experience I've ever had in my history of computer repairs thanks to their help. I have an unpredictable work schedule, and yet they were so kind to work around my pick up and drop off for a time that fit my schedule. Not only this, they were quick to communicate what course of action they needed to take for repairs; and took the extra time to provide ongoing solid advice on computer maintenance. It's often rare to find people like Bryan and Yoppy at "customer service" oriented companies. Because of their commitment to delivering a high level of service, I became a lifelong fan and will certainly return to them in the future (and also send all referrals).
