I continue to be impressed with my Hoffman Audi service experiences. I was able to make an appointment the day after my phone call. I used great discount coupons that were mailed to me. The gentleman who checked me in was courteous and moved me through the process quickly. My service consultant, Athena, was knowledgeable and friendly. And let's not forget that complentary coffee, snack bars and breakfast sandwiches. My wait flew by in their comfortable lounge.
