This resort was lovely. There are great, well maintained pools. The room was clean and comfortable. And oh my goodness, the staff are soooo nice.
There is a small lagoon, but otherwise, not much beach access. The line to talk to someone at the front desk was often very long. I waited in line at least 30 minutes just to get another room key, which took 1 minute. I d recommend having more people staffing the front desk. It was very frustrating to have to wait in line for such a small task, which ate up time my daughter and I could have been playing at the pool.
