I have been a customer of PTE Systems for several years now and I must say that their service is simply average. They deliver what they promise, but nothing more. The quality of their products is decent, but not exceptional. The customer support is responsive, but sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a resolution. Overall, I would say that PTE Systems is a decent company with room for improvement.
