Rude, unprofessional saleswoman in the ski department.
What was supposed to be an emotional experience, was transformed by a sales employee into a bad experience that should definitely be forgotten.
I wonder that such structures can afford orders that are unprepared from the point of view of the product, rude and with that attitude of superiority.
I think the property should make sure before inserting a salesperson of his technical knowledge relationship skills, and not least of the same empathy.
I had the impression of facing an unprofessional staff, typical of the provincial realities in a broad, non-derogatory sense. Little or no absolute lack of training is perceived, but above all that attitude of haughtiness typical of people. Ignorant.

In the afternoon of February 19, 2020, around hours
16.30 I visited your shop in via bufolara, certain to find a jacket or a ski suit, I started to take a look at the dedicated department.
While I was watching, a ski shop assistant, despite saying she wanted to continue taking a look, insisted that she wanted to help me in my research, for not being rude I thanked her and when she approached I expressed my desire to wade and that I was going to see if I found a ski jacket to my liking. at that point after a few persistent proposals, always welcomed with kindness and humility, the same saleswoman began to direct my choice on jackets and suits without taking any interest in the my needs for comfort and style but only on very discounted offers, as if he had the gift of a seer, interpreting my thoughts according to him. Anyway at one point in a rude tone he asked me what color I would have liked, and to my answer not to have a precise idea of the color, when the latter did not disregard the model, the saleswoman replied with arrogance and superiority that if not n I had no idea of the color I would have made her lose time (I underline that only I was present in the ski department so I don't know who she should have dedicated her valuable advice to). Her rudeness in the answer is the lack of humility has caused me a disappointed reaction that I expressed both to the saleswoman, to whom I said that my intention was to give me an idea, and that surely I could have transformed into a purchase if I had found a professional sales employee
