Typical sleazy salesman that will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to their door. Calling to confirm availability is useless as all they did was say it was there but that was a lie. Took my pregnant wife and two children on over an hour drive because Luke said the vehicle was there only to show up and he said it was already sold and he misunderstood me. The six emails corresponding throughout the last 3 days including today the heading was "the black one" there was no way he could have been mistaken. I found out they had a Black/Black Sienna that a new sales women was able to find (texted me pictures of it and all). Any GOOD/SMART GM would of found out about the situation and came down on the SHADY SALESMAN not the customer.
