I don't rate businesses with a one star often, but this has gone sour! I've been with Sprocket since 2010 and even purchased my own equiptment to help get it going. In the last few months the service has been very bad. The speed drops to unusable at night! You might as well not have it! Call after call trying to get them to fix the problem. BEWARE! don't pay for an install and find out how slow the service is after the facts. I was promised a high speed when I payed for my install! Another user of microwave internet, said he was having the same problem at night, and he was tols by the customer service he was using to much and they were throttling him at night! There is only two users in my house and we use very little compared to other people! The FCC regulates the internet service now, so I guess I'll have to file a complaint and see what the proplem is!
