Very enjoyable stay & all staff friendly & efficient. Special commendation for Ben at the concierge desk for his very patient & courteous management in the face of verbal abuse & appalling behaviour from a group of women awaiting their car from valet service at checkout 11.00 to 11.30 Sunday am 10 Sept. Despite calm explanations that this was a busy time & everything possible was being done to provide their car asap (I also was waiting for my car) they bullied & harangued him & threatened to complain to management.
