Such an incredibly great/cool/beautiful/unique store. Have loved it for years.
However, the staff have finally driven me away. Just unhelpful, unmotivated, and unable to offer any level of service that such a store should offer. I will miss trips to KL, but not miss being ignored and made to feel like an inconvenience when asking for help, every single time.
