Yes, unfortunately some lesser experiences with the Berk lately. In the beginning it ran like a train. The food was delicious (by the way it is!), The staff were involved and friendly to customers and it is a very nice brasserie. The atmosphere is definitely there.

Well .. only the last three times we have been we were not greeted too friendly and the staff was terribly chaotic and busy flying around. They can't do anything about it, I suspect. The workload will be high. But it is at the expense of quality and that is a pity.

In addition, we had to wait an hour before we got our drink and the food also arrived an hour later. For a brasserie I personally find that unpleasant and take too long. The food itself is not that good, but it is nice to already have a drink on the table.

The last time we just left after 45 minutes (without a drink) and went for a bite to eat elsewhere. Perhaps De Berk can take a critical look at this with the team, so that the quality returns that was previously absolute.

Because if she succeeds again, it is really a great place where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner.
