After shopping at 6 different appliance stores to replace our broken dishwasher, shopping at Percy's was by far the best experience. Adrian was most helpful directing us to the Bosch dishwashers that we were looking for and was very skilled in describing the differences and features between the models. We never felt pressured to buy but ended up special ordering a model they didn't stock. The following Tuesday the DW arrived as promised. We installed it and the dishes are once again clean!
