Great gym that has a good flow. Obviously someone with bodybuilding experience arranged the equipment. The equipment is worn but works. Good atmosphere with lots of natural light, lots of parking, not too crowded and you don't have to commute half way across the gym or wait to get your workout . The classes are excellent - great instructors. Pool, daycare and wet or dry steam rooms are great! They also have a welcoming and engaged staff!! 5 stars!
