My electricity bills have gone up muh higher since...

My electricity bills have gone up muh higher since I put solar with this company . They did not even resolve this issue, when I called they asked f9r my bills and have never contacted me back nor helped me at all. Just ignored and disappeared. They promised they will help but did not honour their world. Very poor customer service with a lady who promises alot but does nothing.
