Professionally, I recently visited Seldenrijk. You will be well received at the reception by two nice guest ladies.
What struck me was the huge crowds and that for a Saturday. Upon inquiry, the Saturday for them turned out to be the busiest day of the week, and extra staff were called on Saturdays.
I want to start with the less positive things I have experienced: when you come here for the first time, you get lost quickly. Customers who are interested in a certain car get a flat floor from the outside area, where there are around 300 cars. Quote reception ", the car of interest ie Section 113b success". I hit people there who like me wanted to have a car and could not find it! Customers who ask each other the way to their "new occasion". This should be done differently. I have also noticed that some employees have little knowledge of cars and do not know the difference between a hatchback and sedan, for example.
Well these are the forces Saturday, but right then everything should be perfect. After all, customers are ignorant and are happy to be helped by people who are knowledgeable, it is also just to lead the customer the right way to the car of their choice. Enough comments :-) now it's time for the positive points of Seldenrijk: the staff are genuinely genuinely friendly and do their utmost to make every customer happy! This may also be said! It is so hectic on Saturdays that you, as an employee, have to be able to withstand that, because customers never like to wait, and certainly not their turn. The bustle definitely also brings positivity, because be honest, who wants to stand in line for a second-hand car. Now this is not about a stock of discarded cars, but a stock of cars that are purchased very selectively. The massive purchase of mostly quality used cars, cars Seldenrijk can also offer individuals rates against traffickers.
Due to the range of quality used cars at trade prices, there is hardly any stretch in them and the price for which the cars are advertised is therefore the final price. Trade is done, but also at trade prices. This is a logical matter. Despite the competitive selling prices of their cars, Seldenrijk has absolutely nothing against that their cars are independently inspected by an external party. The cars are then subjected to a total technical inspection on the vehicle lift made available by Seldenrijk, and an extensive test drive is part of this. Seldenrijk makes before a test drive that sufficient fueling to made a decent test drive.
The cars are usually purchased from leasing companies, the maintenance history is complete and publish! So the risks are therefore very limited for the potential buyer.
Despite a few minor flaws, I support the policies and leadership of Seldenrijk.
Business class: keep it up and adjust some things, you'll be fine.
