Review part 2: I do need to add before prepping for a colonoscopy, I noticed Diane neglected to order one of the needed prescriptions I needed Reglan. I contacted her and she blamed the pharmacy. So I had to go without the Reglan while prepping for my first colonoscopy. After the procedure yesterday, one of the nurses stated he was calling in a prescription for me. I went home and waited as I was having discomfort and needed the prescription. I went to the pharmacy today and the prescription was never called in by the nurse. I reached out to the office and spoke with Diane. She apologized and said she was going to call it in. So I had to return to work today still feeling discomfort. I wasted my lunch break because the nurse didn t call in my prescription. I m so disappointed.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Makdisi and his team answered all of my questions and made feel very comfortable. The appointment was seamless!
