Husband, who I have accompanied to appointments, is a patient of Dr. Bailey who is great at what he does but time management is horrible in his office. Have been 5 times, each time multiple hour wait. Had appointment at 1 today, was called several days ago and told he would be out of office in afternoon and to come at 10:15 instead. Arrive, check in and am told they made mistake and person who reset appointment put on wrong Dr so they would fit me in. It s 2 pm now, have seen Dr, had to have a test and now we wait again. Am here now over 4 hours and guess will be here several more waiting to see him again. Appreciate the great expertise but my average time there/wait has been over 4 hours.
