my experience here is bad, ever since start of training first week is unpaid, and then you get a total of 9k for training which you will be receiving the 1k per end of week by check and they collect 20 pesos to exchange those chech what a rotten way to deal with salary. Then the forced overtime equivalent to how many people does absence or attrition. And we were forced to render unpaid overtime to make up for their "intervals" or staffing. that is insane. i quit before the 6th week of training totally not worth it. oh an it is an always queing accounts which each agent has sometime 2 to 3 accounts handled. believe that.
