absolute worst doctor ever. 1st appointment and he literally offered spinal shot or surgery. I asked about physical therapy and he responded with oh yeah well you can try that. proceeds to tell me I can bring paperwork for work restrictions and his nurse will fill them out. he will not give pain medication you have to go to a pain management clinic inside the facility instead. 2nd appointment and he wont accept the forms for my job instead refers me to another doctor. complete waste of time and money and missed work... both appointments! will never go back and highly recommend anyone with issues that doesnt want surgery or shots as basically your only choices- find someone else!!!!! he was an absolute liar and rude!!!
