Five stars for Lissette Salazar at the Employee Help Desk. Being tax time, I understand wait times are long. I used the "call back" option each time I called. First time the rep called me back, the call got dropped & they didn't call me again :( The second time a rep called me back, they transferred me to someone else's voicemail. Lissette called me back on my 3rd attempt and took care of business right away! My W-2 reported more earnings than I had received. Lissette found the check in the amount of the difference, got me a copy of the check front/back, and also provided me with a copy of the check stub with payment details. She was FRIENDLY & EFFICIENT. Thank you, Lissette!
