I experienced the absolute worst customer service ...

I experienced the absolute worst customer service when paying in the office. I have never encountered such rudeness in my life. Management was advised of my experience. I was told it would be handled but I seriously doubt it. It's very unfortunate that they're the only water servicer in Baton Rouge.
