The tech was nice but he stressed me out to think I he would might not be able to get a part for my air conditioner. He also told me how much he hated my Lennox 2 year old air conditioner. I signed a service contract hoping that the cost to fix the damaged parts would be low. Not so the cost for a simple replace of my fan and orifice would be over 700 dollars. The quote was given to me after I signed the service contact. I call 3 different Lennox suppliers and got quotes on the parts. They told me the parts would cost approximately 200 dollars with shipping. Everyone I talked to said that was some mark up on labor since it is a very simple job. I do not have confidence in this company and wish to cancel the contract. I called yesterday 4/19/17 and 4/20/17. The operations manager is suppose to get back to me. Still waiting. I feel as a senior lady I have been taken advantage of because of my lack of mechanial knowledge. Beware of this company!
