I had been looking into ordering the mk7 golf r ( order only model that usually takes 6+ months to arrive from order date) since it's release in Europe but never felt it was the "right time" until April 2016 had the awesome finial rates. Called in at Southgate volkswagen and was assisted by Mr. Kent Astle. He let me know that there were a couple available and answered all my questions regarding the financing terms and such. As this was a big purchase and not to mention a spontaneous one, my wife and I had to discuss it over the weekend. It took alot of crafty persuasion but I got my wife to agree to the purchase. In the midst of this I was already texting and phoning Kent every hour for the whole weekend with a bombardment of questions. (Yes I was and still am a fanatic of the golf R). Kent was very patient with my pestering and honest with answering all my questions( if he didn't know the answer off hand he looked for the answer and didnt make things up on the spot). Needless to say Kent made the experience of buying our first Volkswagen a great experience. We bought the car the same day we saw it and Kent set us up with Tammy Giggs who gave us a very detailed explanation of everything included in the purchase price, available finance options and available optional add on packages. She made us feel safe and we'll cared for in our time at the financing department. I would definitely recommend going to Southgate Volkswagen if you are in the market to purchase a vehicle based on our experience
