I have had a wonderful working relationship with Northside Realty, especially with their agent Tip Illiucci. Tip has walked a seven year journey with me in getting my house rental/sale ready. He stayed in touch with me without fail and when I wanted or needed advice, he was just a call or text away. When we listed my property in 2017, I trusted his judgment related to offers made. When we accepted an offer about two-three weeks into the listing, he was in touch with me on a regular basis keeping me aware of any questions or concerns. Based on my experience with a man who began as a real estate agent and became a trusted friend, and his endeavors to sell my property, I would never consider listing with anyone but Tip Illiucci and Northside Realty. Tip is a top-notch agent who is a go-getter and one who believes in getting the job done right. I would certainly recommend Northside to anyone who's looking for the best real estate company to sell their property. I couldn't have done it without his expertise!
